About Us

Paddle Perry, Inc. made a splash in 2019 as a new nonprofit in Perry County, IN.

By following their mission statement – getting involved with their local community and surrounding counties, they’ve given locals and tourists alike the chance to try new things, practice water safety, and explore Southern Indiana.

Hosting a variety of events from safety classes to river excursions and their annual Pack A Dam Lock, they also partner with local businesses to offer classes like fitness classes, learn to kayak classes, and more!

Proud recipients of the Perry County Community Foundation Grant in 2020 and 2022; as well as the Southern Indiana Power Round Up Grant in 2020, they have acquired proper safety equipment and a fleet of boats to equip those in need or those wishing to try something new during scheduled events.

The goal is to provide a community of like minded individuals with information and opportunities year-round about safety and conservation, fitness and fun and general paddling news.

Contribute to their cause by donating online or utilize their year-round can collection fundraiser drop off location to help offset operating costs.

How We Make An Impact

Keep Nature Wild

As Wild Keeper Advocates, we submit how much trash our group picks up collectively each month. Want to help? It’s easy!

Share pictures of what you’ve collected with the tag #impactday to our Paddle Perry Community page. Service hours are offered to all individuals and youth groups, too!

Pick up your #KNW bags at Joe & Linda’s Radio Sales in Cannelton, IN.

We provide ways you can make a difference on and off the water in Southern Indiana year-round.

Pitch in during #EarthDay for our annual Ohio River Sweep on April 22, 2023. Learn more on our Facebook page.
